Eryn McHugh | Partner, Managing Director
As Managing Director of Footprint BenchStrength, Eryn McHugh manages Footprint’s business and recruiting operations. Her core competencies are recruitment of leaders in various mission-critical focused function—including environmental sustainability, social compliance, marketing and communications, and general operations—and strategy for BenchStrength’s clients. Footprint clients and reach include non-profits, higher-ed organizations and NGOs, as well as privately-held organizations in industries such as healthcare, agriculture, retail, consumer products, and management consulting.
An Atlanta native, Ms. McHugh started her professional career in Washington, DC, as a reporter covering Hill politics, followed by a stint in PR with Edelman Public Relations, and then spent a decade-plus honing her skills in executive recruiting with a respected executive search firm in Atlanta. She founded Footprint Talent in 2009, which expanded shortly thereafter to include Footprint BenchStrength. McHugh is an Atlanta Business Chronicle “40 under 40,” and and holds a Bachelor degree in English with a Journalism concentration from The University of Georgia.
Victor Zamudio | Partner, Operations Director
Bringing varied career experiences such as former service as a US Marshall, to leading corporate responsibility efforts for large organizations including Starbucks and Home Depot, Victor Zamudio is an architect of values-driven business practices that shape social compliance in the global corporate space.
His areas of experience as a sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) leader include the development, implementation and execution of complex social and environmental responsibility strategies for corporations across multiple industries. He is know for success in navigating and creating powerful, trusting relationships within diverse and multicultural environments. Victor co-founded F O O T P R I N T BenchStrength™ with Eryn McHugh in 2012.
Rebecca Posey | Senior Consultant, Programs Director
In her career as a consultant and program director, Rebecca has worked with a variety of nonprofit, corporate, and social enterprise ventures engaged in initiatives related to global transparency, supply chain traceability, ICT for development, anti-trafficking in persons, freedom of expression, design for social change, and inclusive growth.
Rebecca provides subject matter expertise, capacity building, facilitation, program evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and program implementation support to executives seeking to identify and achieve their organizational and programmatic goals. Her professional projects include work for CARE, Verite, The Partnership for Transparency Fund, and the Women’s Democracy Network. Rebecca is trained in quantitative and qualitative research methods and is an experienced builder of systems and processes.
She is a native of the state of Georgia and a three-time alumna of the Georgia Institute of Technology, from which she holds Master of Business Administration, Master of Science in Public Policy, and Bachelor of Science in Public Policy degrees, along with a certificate in Spanish for Business and Technology.
A passionate advocate for robust civil society, Rebecca is involved with a number of innovative initiatives, including the Center for Civic Innovation, the Human Rights Foundation, the FEAST conference, and Rosie Riveters, a STEAM skills program designed specifically for girls. Her volunteer leadership includes service on the executive teams of Not For Sale Georgia, ATLANTA+Acumen, and the World Affairs Council of Atlanta. She is a member of the LEAD Atlanta Class of 2014 and a graduate of the Yale Women’s Campaign School.
